 960 g Sunflower oil
 675 g Water
PROCEDURE:

Mix the solid ingredients for 1 minute at low speed. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 1 minute at low speed and for 3 minutes at second speed.

Stop the mixer and hand mix the dough from the bottom to the top.

Run the mixer for 4 minutes at low speed.

BAKING:

Round shaped Cake
Bake 600 gr. of dough for 50 – 60 minutes at 180° C (360° F)

Cup Cake
Bake 40 - 60 gr. of dough for 30 minutes at 190° C (380° F)

Muffin
Bake 85 - 130 gr. of dough for 30 - 40 minutes at 170 - 180° C (340 - 360° F)
