Ingredients:
 600 g Powdered sugar
 800 g Seed oil
 500 g Water
 50 g Ammonia
 50 g Baking powder
 1 teaspoon Vanilla
PROCEDURE:

Add the baking powder, the sugar, the seed oil, the water, the ammonia and the vanilla into the mixer and run for about 2 minutes. While running, add the flour and mix to achieve a homogeneous mixture. The dough should be soft.

Let it rest on the bench for a few minutes and then cut and mold into twisted strings or small braids.

Wet and garnish with high quality sesame.

Bake at 180° C until they get a bright color.
