Development of modified wheat flour for the production of safer bakery products

The enterprise “Chalkidiki Flour Mills S.A.” was co-financed by the European Union and National Resources within the framework of the Action of the “Central Macedonia” Program of the National Strategic Reference Framework for Economic and Social Development 2021-2027, “Investment Projects for Innovation”.

The project aims to produce flour products of higher nutritional value with reduced asparagine and to create a business plan for the appropriate and effective management of this product.

The project budget amounts to €395,000.00 and the Eligible Expenditure to €395,000.00
