The company, CHALKIDIKI FLOUR MILLS S.A., founded by Efstratios Eugeniou, has been active since 1928 in Nea Triglia, Halkidiki. Today it is succeeded by the third generation of the family, people who have a long tradition in the flour industry and know well what is entailed in the processing of cereals.

Our company is currently the only company in Northern Greece that pioneers the creation of special flours for industry, crafts and bakers. In today’s age, with the help of technology, we are able to offer our customers over 150 different types of flour and mixes from high quality raw materials. A varietyof products ideal to cover all their needs for traditional as well as newer nutritionally targeted products.

Thus, our company offers you an efficient and profitable way to produce a wide variety of Greek, German and French type pastries from delicious and natural products with the good old fashion tastes.

Our Facilities:

Our factory and headquarters are located in Elaiochoria, Halkidiki.

The Athens branch is located at 10 Katara Konstantinou Street, Acharnes, while the Larissa branch is located at the 3rd km of the Old Athens – Thessaloniki National Road.

Soft wheat flour mill

Capacity of 250 mt / 24h. Newly installed and fully electronically controlled.

Capacity 200 mt / 24h. Newly installed and fully electronically controlled.

  1. For the production of hard semolina (fine and coarse) for pasta, creams, couscous, special breads, etc.

Maize mill

Capacity 120 mt / 24h in new facilities, fully electronically controlled.

  1. Maize semolina for snack production (No. 101 & 105 & 108 & Type C) – with specifications, made to order.
  2. Maize semolina for beer production Cornmeal (yellow) for mixing special preparations for bread and baby food.
Whole grain mill

Capacity 40 mt / 24h in new facilities, fully electronically controlled.

  1. Storage silos with a total capacity of 60,000 mt.

Truck fleet

Our truck fleet has the ability to immediately and seamlessly cover the needs of the market as well as to quickly and efficiently serve the orders of its customers.

Distribution Network:

Chalkidiki Flour Mills S.A. has a proprietary fleet of silos, triaxle and flatbed trucks to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of all products.

In addition to internal distribution in the domestic market, we also export our products to many countries around the world such as:

Italy, Denmark, Iceland, Cyprus, Israel, Lebanon, Germany, Skopje, Bulgaria, Albania, etc.
