Ingredients:
 1000 g Flour Zacharoplastikis
 2000 g Eggs
 800 g Sugar
 100 g Milk
 600 g Flour Semolina corn
 90 g Baking powder
 7 g Vanilla
PROCEDURE:

Add the baking powder, the sugar, the milk and the vanilla into the mixer and run to mix well.

While on operation add the flour and the semolina and mix to achieve a homogeneous mixture.

Bake at 180° C until the color gets bright.

Baptize in syrup (Water 500 g, Sugar 450 g, Glucose 50 g).
